About the Therapist

My name is Pedro Coli. I graduated in Psychology from the Catholic University of Santos in 2019 and became a licensed clinical psychologist in Brazil in 2020. Originally from Brazil, I now live in Italy, where I am completing my master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Padova. This international experience has given me unique insight into the challenges faced by those living away from their home countries, inspiring me to make high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy accessible to English speakers.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained a range of experiences that have shaped my therapeutic practice. I’ve worked in Brazil’s judicial system as a forensic psychologist and mediator, conducted trainings on public speaking and anxiety management, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support children with cerebral palsy. I also have research experience in neuroscience, focusing on attention and visual working memory.

At the core of my work, however, is my passion for psychotherapy. I specialize in helping adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and productivity issues, including adult ADHD. My approach combines evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with empathy and collaboration, aiming to provide practical strategies for growth and self-understanding.
